So it looks like my comics are going to be an in between semesters project. Hopefully a few will pop up in the spring, but I'll be mostly focusing on the stupid amount of art classes I'm taking. We'll see how four studios and one art history treat me in the coming months.
It's been pretty easy to get comics done on a Monday, Wednesday, Friday schedule (more or less). I've become a shut-in due to having mono since the end of December. I took advantage of that and swore to work on my comic-ing abilities. Compared to the summer, I'd say they've gotten a little better. Both from an art and writing aspect. The writing improvement is thanks to my boyfriend Justin and close friend Alyce. They're both writers and have given their input on the past few strips I've completed. I thoroughly enjoyed the process and the outcome of the collaborations, so I think there will be some more of that in the future.
